About Us Community is a church with a rich heritage in Pinellas County. For over sixty years our heritage has been that of Bible preaching, sharing Christ, strengthening homes, and impacting lives across the region and around the world. While we enjoy a great past we are more excited about the future and where the Lord is leading our ministry.

Visitation Nursery Workers Needed
Thursday nights we will be needing nursery workers during Thursday visitation, each week, from 6:30 p.m. until 8 p.m.. If you are able to help out please call the church office.
February 7th ~ Bill Baileys Winter Gospel Music Convention
Join us on Tuesday, February 7 on a bus trip to Palmetto to hear Gold City, Ivan Parker, Brian Free & Assurance and Classic Gold City Reunion at Bill Bailey's Winter Gospel Music Convention. Advanced ticket purchase is $13 and $16 at the door. Please sign up at the usher’s table if you plan on attending.
February 10-11 ~ Sweetheart Slip-Away
This year we will whisk you back in time to the days of the RMS Titanic. We will be going to Orlando, Florida to enjoy dinner and a re-creation of the retirement party of Captain Edward Smith of the RMS Titanic. Please sign up at the usher’s table by Feb 3rd to ensure your spot. There is only space for 15 couples, cost is $165 per couple.
February 14 ~ Health Screenings
Life Line Screenings, a leading provider of community-based preventive health screenings, will host their affordable, non-invasive painless health screenings on Tuesday, February 14th here in our fellowship hall. February 15th ~ Italian Night!
The students of Community Christian Academy would like to invite you to dinner on Wednesday, February 15th from 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. before the church service. Dinner will be baked ziti, tossed salad, and bread. The cost is $5 per person or a $20 cap per family. February 17th ~ Fundraising Concert
D&D missionary homes are hosting a fundraising concert featuring Steve Green on Friday, February 17th at 7 p.m.. Tickets can be ordered through the church office for $10 each or purchased at the door for $25. Please see Mrs. Lori Hall for more information.
February 18th ~ Family Bowling Night
Be sure and join us on Saturday, February 18th at 5:30 p.m. at the Sunrise Lanes located at 6393 9th Street North for a fun time of bowling! Cost is only $5 for 2 games and your shoes! Please sign up in the lobby if you are able to attend!
February 24-25 ~ Family Conference
Join our church as we host a family conference. We will be hosting seminars on relationships and responsibilities on Friday night from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday morning from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.Childcare will be provided. Dinner will be served on Friday night at 6:30 p.m. and a Continental Breakfast will be served Saturday morning. The cost is $15 per individual or $25 per couple. March 2-3 ~ Yard Sale
Our Single Vision Sunday School Class will be raising money for the London Olympics missions trip by hosting a Yard Sale on Friday, March 2 and Saturday, March 3. If you would like to donate items, please contact the church office for more information. Tables will be available to rent for $15, in which you may bring your own items to sell for yourself. If you plan on doing so, please see Bro. Tylor or Mrs. Julie or contact the church office.
Thursday Morning Visitation Opportunity!
Don't forget that we now offer a visitation program Thursday mornings at 10:00 a.m. for those who might not be able to attend on Thursday evening or Saturday morning. Please see Bro. Rick Boswell for further details.
Community Cares
Community Cares is a ministry that puts people to work who have found themselves in an unexpected life transition. We believe a helping hand is far better than a handout; therefore we provide a job and an environment that helps people get their lives back on track and moving in the right direction. Your support of Community Cares allows us to help our friends and neighbors get on their feet and move forward. The Breakfast Club ~ Every Tuesday
The Breakfast Club meets on Tuesdays at the Chick-fil-A restaurant on Tyrone Blvd. for a time of food and fellowship! A devotional is given by Pastor Stancil. Although this meeting is geared towards our Senior Saints, all are welcome! Join us for a great time!
Tampa Bay Gospel Hour
Join us for our morning service called the Tampa Bay Gospel Hour! The Gospel Hour is an evangelistic service that we hope will attract people who want to hear the gospel at an earlier time on Sunday mornings. Please pray for the ministry of this outreach.
