About Us Single Vision Conference
The Single Vision Conference will be a tremedous help to Christian single adults aged 18-35 whose sole desire is to ignite a passion in young adults for Christ and World Wide Evangelism! Special speakers include:
David Gibbs III is a Christian Law Association attorney with the Gibbs Law Firm, based in Florida. Gibbs received his law degree from Duke University. His radio program, The Legal Alert, is heard on more than 1,000 stations daily, and he is a frequent spokesperson on major news and talk shows, including Larry King Live, Fox & Friends, Hannity & Colmes, The Michael Reagan Show, and Face the Nation. Gibbs is the author of Fighting for Dear Life, which tells the untold story of Terri Schiavo’s fight to live. Gibbs, his wife, and their children make their home in Florida.
Brent Stancil served with Dr. Tom Malone, Sr. at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Pontiac, Michigan for three years before being called to pastor the Val Verde Baptist Church in Groves, Texas where he served for almost twelve years. He currently serves as pastor of Community Bible Baptist Church in St. Petersburg, Florida. In addition, he conducts revival meetings and Bible conferences across America and in several foreign countries. Bro. Brent and his wife Valerie have four children, Quinn, Collin, Madeline, and Grant.
Born in San Antonio, Texas, when his father was in the military, Pastor Kurt Skelly was reared in Connecticut, from which his family originated. At 16 years of age, Pastor trusted Christ as his personal Savior in Newington, Connecticut.
Pastor Skelly met his wife Wanda at Hyles-Anderson College where he also earned a Bachelor of Science degree as well as a Masters degree in Pastoral Theology. A Masters of Divinity degree was attained at Emmanuel Baptist Theological Seminary.
Bro. Skelly and Wanda moved to the New Kensington area in 1996 when he answered the call to pastor at Harvest. The Lord continued to bless Harvest Baptist Church year by year, and in September of 2009 the church crossed the river to brand new facilities located in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania.
The Skellys have four children: Nathaniel, Joshua, Caleb, and Hannah. Pastor Skelly is a featured speaker at Bible Conferences, Revivals, Youth Conferences, and Teen Camps across the country and abroad. He is known for his energetic, substantive Bible preaching.
John Anderson serves as the founding pastor of Cornerstone Baptist Church in London, England. He is married to his wife Sara, they have two children together. He has served in missions since 2005 and often preaches revivals, mission conferences, and youth camps around the world. He has a passion to see single adults ministered to and ministering in local churches and world evangelism. He is known for his expositional preaching and practical application of Scripture. He enjoys his family, reading, golfing, and anything else that has a ball involved! His life verse is 2 Cor.4:7 "But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God and not of us."
Special Events:
Tuesday after the morning sessions we will spend the day enjoying the rides and events at Busch Gardens before returning for the evening sessions with Kurt Skelly!
On Wedensday evening of the conference we will move everything off shore aboard The Majesty for a dinner cruise! Dr. David Gibbs III will be speaking as we cruise the clear blue waters of Tampa Bay!
